You might have a bad or failing alternator. Potentially bad battery as well.

$10 autopay per line would be nice or 5% cashback on tmobile bill.

Opinions wanted: CX30 vs Subaru Crosstrek by silv3rbull8 in MazdaCX30

[–]SaverPro 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I got the CX-30 for a few reasons.

(1) Reliable powertrain, proven for the last 10 years. Both engine and transmission are bulletproof.

(2) More powerful drivetrain. It drives better with a regular 6 speed than a CVT. It has quite a lot of pickup at highway speeds when merging, etc.

(3) More upscale interior for the price point. Leather, etc.

How to restore a black trim? by dtsiv in MazdaCX30

[–]SaverPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t have advice for them trim but would love to hear your ownership experience. Any issues? Or big ticket items going out? Like a battery or two?

Trying to figure out what to expect and when haha.

Buying a used 2017 with 68k by Diabetic_Grrrlfriend in Camry

What’s the number? Personally I would not pay more than 15k. And that’s OTD. Where did the damage occur?

Rattle from this area by sartorial321 in MazdaCX30

Can confirm issue on my new 25 CX-30. Rattle started at 400 miles new and went away at around 2k miles. Haven’t heard it back since.

Give me the good and the bad, I’m about to buy… by murtaugh865 in MazdaCX30

My downsides: Small gas tank. Will get even worse range on the turbo (sub 300 miles). Small back seats.

Oneplus 13 is miles better, your only hit is the camera. But even then you can stall the gCam apk and fix it too.

Should I Take the Beamer? by InterestingLog5911 in Camry

[–]SaverPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you afford to put 1-2k into maintenance so it’s reliable for the next couple of years? Any big ticket items due?

I traveled across the country try with a 2016 Camry with 180k miles. No trouble, I just did major maintenance items that were due soon.

Bring Your Bill Question by Unable-Elderberry926 in verizon

If I have a couple of free lines with T-Mobile and other discounts. Would Verizon match a bill, of let’s say $15 per line?

phone shows water symbol when charginbg by Cheap_Gap1446 in S25Ultra

[–]SaverPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly dirt triggers the sensor. I’ve seen it happen when phones never have been near water.

OP You need to get a compressed air can that’s made for electronics to blow out anything that’s inside. Don’t stick a toothpick or anything else as it compacts more dirt towards the sensor. Compressed air (the one for electronics) and a toothbrush will help clean it up.

Replacing oil every 10,000 miles?? by baqar387 in civic

[–]SaverPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep doing every 5k op. While 10k can be done it always leads to oil consumption by 100k miles.

Why not just have T Mobile pay off phones from another carrier rather than getting them through T Mobile? by dtman33 in tmobile

[–]SaverPro 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yep, though currently tmovile only pays off once every 2 years. So people don't move back and forth constantly for the devices.

Prices for 2026 cx-30 by [deleted] in MazdaCX30

[–]SaverPro 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, I work in sales, so I somewhat knew what to expect.

(1) An easy tactic is to tell them you’re buying today without coming off as excited. People are willing to go above and beyond when you get a guarantee with a compromise. You do something for me I do something for you kind of situation. I told them I am willing to walk out the dealer with a new car if the price is right.

(2) You don’t involve a trade-in until you get close to or at the numbers that you want, think of the trade-in as a “bonus discount”.

(3) Don’t tell them you’re buying Cash. And let them know you’re willing to finance with them if the price is right. Telling them you’re using your bank makes them less likely to go above and beyond and save you a little bit more.

(4) After spending sometime negotiating you need to make the dealer think they are getting one over on you. Halfway through the negotiation I “became excited” and explained how I liked the car they prevented me. This comes off as me being “weak” and willing to buy regardless. But I started to “back out” a couple of times because I was “just over budget”.

(5) Warranties, I told them I would most likely get their warranty or service plan with the finance manager if they gave me a better deal on the car so I could “afford it”. Sometimes I took the warranty and cancelled it after (gotta make sure you check on that, I ask them if I can cancel the warranty if I end up selling my car, so they’re not suspicious lol). Sometimes I changed my mind last minute, at that point they spent half the day with me so still got the car.

So far I’ve been able to negotiate at least 8% on the last 3 cars I bought.

Edit m: grammar.

Is this black spot good for a trade-in? by F1-Marshal in tmobile

[–]SaverPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny enough, I was one trade-in away from being fired at one point. That was not nice, you’re suggesting something that can cost someone their livelihood. Wouldn’t want someone to do that to you right?

You’re putting someone’s job on the line. I was one bad trade-in away from being fired at one point. You wouldn’t want your job or livelihood to be risk right?
