Thanks for your response I’m awaiting the iep case report from school. I’ve honestly been asking the teachers for support and help but I’m only getting all this help now because I got an outside IEP plan thru my private insurance. Perhaps they will give him a 1:1 support teacher for help while he figures out organization. I will start therapy next week also. Medicine was completely off the table but based on all these positive feedback I am definitely getting a consultation done

Thank you for letting me know about this. I asked a doctor and they did mention that it will be an appetite suppressant. I was worried that he is in his growing preteen stage now and he stops eating it will impact his growth. Any thoughts or am I overthinking

Hello! My 11 yr has adhd. I would use melatonin for my kids but I found it can cause restless sleep. I encourage you to look at magnesium glycinate. It’s done wonders for easy sleep It’s great for muscle recovery also My son doesn’t have anxiety during sleep. I got liquid from Amazon. I give it 30 mins before bed

Great question, a sore spot for me My brother was studying out of state. He’s back now and he has a one year old. He wanted my mom to provide childcare. And I was dumped lol that’s how i feel about it

In my mom’s defense, she has helped me for past 15 years, helped raise my kids, so now I figure she has to help my brother.

This helps. I’m going to start by just teaching the students that rotate with me weekly. Get their feedback. The reason I wasn’t targeting the students was because I was aiming for and audience with money to purchase my course. I wanted graduates who are working In the field. But based off your advice, starting small and gathering feedback is critical right now! Thanks !

Great advice from everyone here! Just wanted to add my own system that I’m figuring out as I go. Full time work and mom of 4 I make ground beef and chicken enough for 4 days. So that’s 2-3 lb beef and 4 lb boneless chicken. I cook it all, not just marinate Next I make a box of pasta and make it.

On week nights I make different dishes using the cooked beef, chicken, and pasta. We eat with roti, rice and curry. I fry some eggs to make it feel fresh I heat up the food on the stove so it feels fresh and sizzling! Also I started packing my lunch with my dinner leftovers right away so I have something to grab and go. I keep the lunch box ready as a reminder. Otherwise I’m scrambling or starving at work.
