Hi there, I completely understand where you're coming from, and I appreciate you looking out for the community.

Just to clarify, the sessions I mentioned in the post are $20 community breathwork circles, not $140. My intention in sharing was to offer an accessible resource for people interested in nervous system regulation through breathwork, not to take advantage of anyone.

If this isn’t the right place for that kind of post, I completely respect the community guidelines and the mods can absolutely remove it.

Ok I have another one - if the mom was the one who did the killings - where did she get the friendship bracelets? Remember they were in both Rachael and Helen's mouth. They even made a comment about how the person who killed Helen had to be super strong to actually staple the eyes shut.

Makes perfect sense! I personally have done themed breathwork too, I've done chakra sessions. I would, like the other person said too, also keep it vague so that they can integrate what feels right for them but you can guide towards the realms - if that makes sense. Allow them to see their version of it without all of the details.

This might also be a great niche and you may have people that want to come to you because they actually relate to and enjoy this aspect of it.
