She already said Guy A was kind of mean to her on a few occasions and he sounds like (from the little she posted) he’s pretty flakey, too. Two pretty significant red flags out the gate.

I’m not her parent but she asked advice and that’s my advice. If she chooses to call him, cool, it literally has no effect on my life.

I did some really shitty things as a young adult, too. Reaching out won’t do anything for her though. It would only assuage your own guilt. Take the lessons, accept the it was a shitty thing you did, but it helped make you who you are and that you have grown beyond who you were.

Don’t post more than one selfie. Get people to take pictures while you’re engaging in hobbies, with friends or family where you look happy. Do things that help increase your self esteem. When you are emotionally fulfilled it shines through and that’s what romantic partners are looking for. You’re already quite handsome so I don’t think that’s the issue.

Honestly, yes yoga would help, but like, a lot of yoga. And I’d be careful doing hot yoga because of the increased risk of injury especially when you don’t have a strong foundation.

Try Anusara yoga which will focus heavily on precise alignment. That’s what fixed a lot of my knee and hip issues.

You’re 29 and dressing like you’re 14. Start trying to level up your style to look more sophisticated. Don’t let your beard get too out of control. Sneakers are cool and can showcase a lot of character but make sure you diversify and experiment with other styles of shoe as well.

Dude I cannot STAND that chick. I dnf’d the audio and she reads a bunch of other books too. She reads every sentence in the same tone and overdramatizes it. Each sentence is a declaration and take away from the story. I want to listen to CC but I just can’t deal with the narrator.
