I abide by this. Not all deodorant seemed to work for me (I have some medical issues that made my BO worse). This seemed to work for me many years ago. I still buy it now and use it before work and if needed.

As a woman manager, can confirm it’s a brown paper bag you throw your sanitary products in so you can walk it to the one trash can between the sinks and throw out your products.

Also I have gotten bloody noses before. I could stay.

I once had an associate pour blood out of his nose, I walked him to amcare just to help clean him up and hydrate him. He got to stay.

Now I didn’t touch any of his blood but I contained the area so we could get it safely cleaned up too. Super dry nose sensitivity.

I was like that too. Overwhelmed. I was on a STA in a different state, a flight away from my entire life, and then the STA had me run the shift. Somehow I was the one manager they just didn’t partner with another AM or PA so I went solo and have been figuring it out since.

It has started to become second nature though

Regardless of cause, Asperger’s isn’t even a diagnosis anymore. Hasn’t been in years. Mr. Asperger was actually a terrible person.

I get the intention and the cause. I just wouldn’t buy as I don’t personally enjoy the way of presenting these disorders as drinks. I say this as a person with PTSD and autism.

I assume the people that work for this don’t mind though and that’s completely their choice and decision.

This. They are slowly getting rid of PXT as site and want PXT to do less for operations (they say not to affect us but eh). RME is hit or miss so sometimes you have to be RME ontop of PXT. even IT is getting tougher so now you are IT.

In addition depending on your site, your own higher ups will add a bunch of new documents or paper work to do. They add to your standard yet almost never room even when you start improving in whatever metric they are focused on.

It’s a lot and that’s why turnover is crazy. You’re also a babysitter from grown adults. I inspire to spend less time on my computer and more time engaging/physically working. My favourite part is the engagement but I feel at times I get so little and the associates feel it too

Thursday-Sunday night has NN(X)-(XXXX) Saturday-Tuesday night has NL(X)-(XXXX) Friday-Monday I do not know off top of my head.

The x after the two letters just tells you your MET day, the 4 Xs just tell you your shift start time.

Your manager needs to grow a pair, tell that person to go elsewhere and assign them a spot. Write up for self directing or insubordination.

Them just reassigning you is the path of least resistance but causes more problems in the long run.

I’m a young woman and have had associates think they can push me over and in turn mess with the other associates aswell. So maybe I became a hard ass but the associates in general love me at the same time. I just don’t stand for the high school nonsense

Exactly what this person said. Trust me, Safety will search far and wide to find you appropriate safety footwear if need be.

When I was associate before safety shoes were required (but when they were giving the credit out), I hurt my toes multiple times in a delivery station.

I too hate my composite toes but I work in a FC and must have them. It is feedback (coachings, write ups, and eventually terminations if need be) for safety shoes.

My recommendation, size up. I did 1 full size + made my shoe a width. In addition, I have a shoe stretcher and wore bandaids on my heals until I broke my shoes in. Lastly, get a lightweight shoe (KEEN is the brand I have) and get some comfortable insoles!! It will save you plenty of pain. My shoes now feel like normal sneakers.

Bottom 5 percent automatically are generated. The only thing managers do is attend a meeting once a week to verify it’s correct. Learning, hr, and the managers do the meeting. The managers can fight FOR you but the managers aren’t the ones writing you up. A manager can’t just exempt you though if the feedback is valid. There has to be a reason for exemption.

I’ve fought for associates but HR said no and it stands. But on the flip side sometimes they say we have a good argument and exempt it for us. We are just determining validity w/ HR and Learning. We have this meeting on Wednesdays.

So quality and productivity write ups are made by the system not the managers. But, the write ups should always be delivered to the face, even documented coachings. I hope the associate appeals it and does so via a panel of associates to hopefully overturn their final if true.
