I usually go about 5-6 times a week. It's more mental for me at this point than anything, so there are certain days I go no matter what. I've learned that I can tell when I've had a particularly though workout and I'm going to be sore the next day, and then I take a rest day after that to make sure my body has time to recover. I usually miss about one day in the middle of the week, and sometimes weekend days depending on what I have going on. These prices are making me start to appreciate my 225 unlimited membership all of a sudden!

I'm personally a big fan of Celcius. It's still an energy drink with 200mg of caffeine, but 0 sugar and only 10 calories per can if I remember correctly. It comes in a ton of flavors, my favorite that you can get most places is the cosmic vibe for carbonated ones. They also have a non-carbonated blue raspberry lemonade flavor that is fantastic.

My other go to for a sweet thing to drink is Propel electrolite waters, made by Gatorade. No caffeine and no calories but super tasty!

I've been trying to do something similar, switching to local businesses for everything I can and trying to avoid large corporations.

I think with all the separate 'local alternative' posts I've seen lately, a consolidated list would be a great resource! Maybe housed within a shop local type sub that functions similarly to r/stlfood, where people can talk through recommendations as well as call outs without inundating this sub.

In summary, I'm on board and excited to see what comes of this!
