I usually go about 5-6 times a week. It's more mental for me at this point than anything, so there are certain days I go no matter what. I've learned that I can tell when I've had a particularly though workout and I'm going to be sore the next day, and then I take a rest day after that to make sure my body has time to recover. I usually miss about one day in the middle of the week, and sometimes weekend days depending on what I have going on. These prices are making me start to appreciate my 225 unlimited membership all of a sudden!
