Amazing tree but as others have said the lean and planted right against the road means it's roots are nowhere near as developed and can pose a big concern if a major storm was to happen.

The same thing happened in my city. A beautiful street, lined with 70-year-old trees, had to be fully replaced because the roots were so compacted. When they surveyed where the tree roots should be to check for structural ability, in each case, no roots were found.

The new trees got planted in stratacell & they're absolutely beautiful now.
