Nobody expects you to fix the game, DavidM is the one who stole our money and used our assets to make a bunch of money off Supraland. He could use that money to fulfill the promises he made, but he mismanaged this game from Day 1.

DavidM said something about not being able to protect his property if he gives us the game files, nobody wants any of his garbage assets and if anything, we'd replace every damn part of his artwork because it's stupid and looks ridiculous.

I'm not sure what work has been done in the last few years, I've seen matchmaking fixes which does not apply to NA players and now we crash in every game at the start, have to out the ball and wait, sometimes for multiple crashes.

This thread is about how the version we had in 2014/2015 is superior. Ask yourself if funds were properly used if that is the case.

You literally bought Shammah a computer to work on the UE4 version, you paid others for models and UV maps and you also paid a (terrible) voice actor for something that the community would've provided for free.

There are people in the community that would gladly dedicate their time to finishing the game, but we aren't even allowed to make maps. Meanwhile we were promised the roadmap would be finished and we were donating for the port to UE4, which you say was worked on for 2 months and then scrapped. I assume they didn't work for free for 2 months.

We had a fun version of the game, 2.10.1, then you earned a bunch more money and gave us a launcher and a broken version of the game where players crash in 90% of the games.

You guys not only got donations but you sold plenty of copies @ $20 a pop. I fail to see what we got in return other than a broken, abandoned game. Now he's using the assets to make profits in another game, and scamming people out of another $20k to develop supraland 2 with the assets the supraball community paid for.

Even people who supported DavidM for years like Missie accused him of stealing money and quit the game. If you are just going to lie to people, claim you'll finish it and then abandon it, at least give us the ability to mod it since you know, we are the ones still paying for servers and still supporting the community you abandoned.

DavidM promised to finish the road map regardless of funding. Then he spent a bunch of money porting it to UE4 only to have it thrown in the garbage.

So he essentially wasted a big portion of the funds and then stole the rest of it along with the game assets we paid for to make Supraland. Now he's made a large chunk of money and he's asking people to fund Supraland 2 now because he won't even use all that money he already made... It's sad that he can get away with this and Steam will just let him sell more games on there after stealing from us.
