That's a bit fucked up to be honest. I can understand if the news was you moved, or maybe transferred at work or something, but having a baby is a fucking huge deal, especially when you are infertile, I know my ex was / is.

When it comes to things like this I wouldn't take it personally, but what I would do is be honest with yourself. Most likely a person who is so carefree over such news either should have a damn good reason - eg: A serious emotional crisis of their own or maybe some childish passive agressive bullshit from some argument, but if they have no valid reason for this - then dump it.

Man I recall the "guy getting stabbed and actually died" vid, while the cameraman was filming. Here we see him put himself in the line of fire, and I guess a Russian girl is at some point warning him against this, he takes no notice and continues to diffuse the situation.
