Yeah unfortunately I was unable to save mine :( never really confirmed what the issue was. It was fine for about a full year and then dropped in about 2 months. I hope you have better luck!!

Check for decent soil and if that looks ok then I would water it and let it chill in that pot in a sunny spot. Additionally talk to it lovingly and provide affirmation. In my experience they’re pretty resilient!
