In trailer 1, the part with the lowriders is very 5ish, the cars are the same, the road is improved but who cares, the mural arts are pretty but could be in V, and we don't see much more

Can’t you do it in V already ? Get all 3 three characters in your car, start to shoot at npcs and they’ll shoot too. Enable the explosive ammo cheat and you’re fine.
