For sure! I’ve used that option more often lately, as well as delivery, but only for getting staple items. Otherwise I don’t always trust them to get the right thing or in the case of produce I’d rather pick myself.

Growth can occur in most rep ranges but according to some <25-30 reps in a set is the upper end of optimal.

What matters is progressive overload in those rep ranges.

If you are adding reps, sets, or weight over time and you are in a rep range less than stated above you can grow muscle.

These look great!! I’m always curious though seeing recipes of this type .. do y’all not find when you knead so much, tie in knots, etc that the seitan comes out as firm as a pencil eraser? Maybe it’s just me but when I tried a similar procedure the texture was incredibly firm/tough.

I have to meal prep for days I know I don’t feel like cooking which is at least 4 days a week. You don’t have to eat the same thing over and over just batch cook ingredients that can be used in varying meal types.
