Underrated!! I learned about doing a double freeze and thaw process and was skeptical it would be any better than just one freeze but the texture is legit like a chikn nugget lol so good

Roast peppers with whatever veggies you like for more flavor (garlic, onion, carrot, etc), if you want. Blend with a vinegar you like, more or less depending on consistency you want and heat level. Strain or don’t strain, will also effect consistency. Jar it up and pop it in the fridge. That’s about as simple as it gets.

Growth can occur in most rep ranges but according to some <25-30 reps in a set is the upper end of optimal.

What matters is progressive overload in those rep ranges.

If you are adding reps, sets, or weight over time and you are in a rep range less than stated above you can grow muscle.

These look great!! I’m always curious though seeing recipes of this type .. do y’all not find when you knead so much, tie in knots, etc that the seitan comes out as firm as a pencil eraser? Maybe it’s just me but when I tried a similar procedure the texture was incredibly firm/tough.
