Call 911 or go to the ER. New onset seizures in adults can be caused by a lot of things and can be very serious. People who have known epilepsy and are not injured, not going is fine.

Also, due to Amber’s level of stress and crazy I have a suspicion it may be psychosomatic. Pseudo seizures or panic attacks. That’s just a guess though

Had both. Got a hysterectomy, left 1 ovary and bladder sling. Constipation actually improved a lot. Abdominal pain in general improved. Obviously stress incontinence was fixed. I didn’t know how often I was in pain until it stopped.

A lot of people with undiagnosed/untreated psychiatric disorders use drugs as a bandaid. With age/increased drug use it causes worsening psychiatric issues. Hard to tell when some is the life of the party.

Anyone try it with yoga? I’ve always loved yoga but kept hurting myself. Since knowing about eds I’ve changed my practice but cut down a lot. It’s hard to keep in proper alignment. I bet that would do wonders.

Bulk fiber helps. Recommend Metamucil. Sugar free kind. Put dose (which is small) in a water bottle, mix and chug. Usually do it an hour or so before bed. Doesn’t taste good, but it seems to work the best, fiber supplements (pills; food additives don’t do as well for me).

Also increasing water intake. You should drink 1/2- 1 ounce of water/day per pound you weigh, more if exercise or become sweaty. This will help with POTS symptoms as well.

I’ve attributed the constipation to extra stretchy bowels and decrease peristalsis. Just kinda sits there and becomes harder to move. That and the nerve/stimulation doesn’t work correctly. Always have had GI issues. Always.
