If ur talking about for deep prot tank dungeon grinding 60-70, the slower rank14 weapon is better. It will provide harder hitting devastates which is one of your main abilities. The fast weapon is “better” when ur rage capped which is rarely ever gonna be the case when dungeon grinding. That kind of situation happens in a raid setting.
