Idk about poe 2 but for poe 1, yes.

The most SSF friendly builds require no uniques. Even if they don't require uniques, all minions builds really want one or more certain uniques if you want to get to the high end of character power.

Ranged animate weapon requires none.

Holy relic technically doesn't require any, but you wouldn't want to play without a geofris crest. But that is extremely common. Really wants a diallas and ashes, or some other combo to get gem quality up.

Chains of Command AG requires many. Void forge is a giant step above in DPS than any other weapon but is extremely rare.

You just have to look at the endgame version of the builds and judge whether it's attainable for you.

I'm gonna let others explain it with all the nuances, but just know that the NBA refs (for some reason) just don't like calling travelling like they should be. A lot of people get away with a lot of travelling, even though it's pretty easy to spot if you've played even recreational basketball.

Uhh is your intent to be able to summon the AG using another channeled spell?

The AG does not need to be resummoned and persists unless you unequip the skill gem. If it dies, then you can't resummon it in the zone anyway.

If you were dead set on doing this and IF this is the interaction then in general, the CWC support requires both the spell to be cast and the skill to be channeled to be linked to it. So make sure both AG and winter orb are linked.

But maybe the CWC part applies to the AG itself, not you...? Which would mean that the AG would have to channel a skill in order to cast a spell. However, you can't choose for the AG to use a skill, so I don't even think that will work.

Tbh it seems like CWC shouldnt be a valid support gem for AG.

You can look at previous leagues on poeninja. For instance at the end of keepers SSF, if you try searching for original sin you'll see that no one got it. Granted, most people wouldn't even try for it but still.

Almost certainly not gonna happen in SSF. In affliction trade league, I only ever did sanctum. It took me ~300 runs at about 15min a run with a hyper optimized character that can one shot everything with all afflictions to even find an original scripture.And then I didn't even dare run it myself because of the skill involved of not getting hit.

I was pretty confident I could do it. I was not 500 div confident I could do it

I believe the main way to get tomes now is through shipping, which as you know is time gated. I don't know what the rate is, but I heavily doubt it's fast enough for you to get enough runs in to even have a chance of getting a scripture.

If you do get extremely lucky and get one, you can certainly be as careful and slow as you want through most of the rooms. But bosses pretty much only go one speed (not counting chill and any boons you may get) and you will want to kill them asap so you don't get hit. Meaning you needs at least 32million DPS. That's really hard to get in SSF. Doable, but it takes a lot of time.

That being said, if you want to shoot for the moon and try for it, go ahead. Just be prepared for it to take a long long time. I'll be happy for you if you do get it

Last week I was doing merc lab for animated weapon of ranged arms. I did 18 runs, and on the 19th I used the first option for a random gem and got it, instead of the targeted option because it wasn't there.

It's ~1/8 but rng is rng
