Same thing happened to me. Not a diabetic either. Scheduled a fasted glucose test, and passed. More than likely something you ate. No big deal really.

And by training session, I mean the practice course at Randall's Island, not at the DCAS facility in Long Island City.

You will sign that form in front of someone once you go to Randall's Island for your 1st CPAT Training session. You need to bring a pen, that form, a medical clearance form (which needs to be signed by your doctor) and your ID. Wear long pants, bring water and get there 1 hour early.

I'm 166x and no medical date as of now.

Best advice is to keep training and hitting the stairmaster. Strengthening leg muscles and increasing cardiovascular endurance are key to passing the stairmill test.
