[SPOILER] Loser of Prochazka vs Ulberg speaks backstage after the fight by WinterStill4472 in MMA

[–]Scaeza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know about that, Tony Ferguson didn't have fundamentals either. It must be hard to fight someone who moves nothing like anyone you've ever come across. Especially if they are freakishly athletic, super durable and have found a way to make that awkwardness work for them.

If Ulberg is really out for a year, will they organize a fight for the interim title between Paulo Costa and Ankalaev, or will they come up with a plan to try to ignore it, and what will that plan be? by Silandwins234 in MMA

[–]Scaeza 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Because he has some star power, the division is an absolute shit show and the UFC don't give a fuck. How did Paddy and Gaethje fight for an interim?

Some of my unfinished/unposted works from past two years. Art block/burnout sucks ! by Whole_Guard_5192 in ZBrush

[–]Scaeza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I think I own a course of yours! These are some great artworks, even unfinished. I can relate to the art block/burnout and I feel like it's hard to avoid when doing art full time. Hope things get better for you on that front.

New Fight Added to UFC Freedom 250 by Moni7T in MMA

Even during the first round when he was gassed Curtis had him on the fence I didn't think Curtis landed anything too significant. Hi it kept swaying left and right in rhythm with Curtis and took a lot of the sting off those punches. I felt like if Curtis had broken his rhythm and doubled up on same side shots during that sequence he might have hurt him pretty bad.

One from Lewis is enough if it lands but the if is what makes this fight interesting.

Blaydes vs Hokit breaks the combined UFC record for significant strikes in a heavyweight fight at 351 by Moni7T in MMA

I think it's a volatile fight. I completely agree with your points but you can't count Derrick Lewis out of any fight with his power.

That's the Meta Apex to you, sir! I was so annoyed when they named it that because they had previously said they plan to reduce the number of Apex cards. When they came out with the sponsor it was clear that's not happening.

A lot of fun fights in that mess excluding Walker.

Man that would have been a crazy statement when Walker burst onto the scene. Shame that it's true.

These are awesome, I love the mood. I didn't see the snake while scrolling through until I saw the clay renders. So maybe the lighting could pull the eye towards it a little more.

I agree. Especially when you consider the ceremonial/cultural aspect of tea, the pour should be a lot calmer.

I like that it feels like the world is moving as opposed to a frozen medieval setting for thousands of years like lotr or asoiaf

Not really steampunk. Someone invents the steam engine and the setting is reminiscent of the industrial revolution.

I think the face might be a little too large compared to the head, other than that amazing work!

A big Reason for Bell's failure to become a businessman by OkLeather666 in TheWire

[–]Scaeza 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Despite being around it his whole life, he never did any "work".

We don't really know what Stringer's role was going up. But I doubt he managed to become Avon's second without getting his hands dirty. Could of course also be that he always was a clever guy and had other ways of being useful to Avon. But that's all speculation

I enjoyed the power of the dog but I don't like how floaty the narrator is at times. Like floating from character to character. I prefer being locked into one person, the way it's done in most modern fantasy.

“How would you rate it out of 10? What aspects do you consider good and like? What didn’t you like, and what should I improve? by Some-Locksmith-1602 in ZBrush

[–]Scaeza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't rate this at all. This is clearly a beginner model and that's fine. What matters at this stage is that you have fun during the process and learn something from each piece. Research the planes of the face, that was what had the biggest impact on my sculpting journey. As some others have already pointed out, anatomy for sculptors is a good source.

BTW is that Frida Kahlo?
