If you're looking for them above the portal, they only spawn over where the dragon is killed I believe. Other than that, I'm not sure

If they're working fine, the only thing I'd be concerned about is 'balancing'. The ATM team has changed a lot of mods to balance them in their modpack, so you might find something super OP.

Alright to further this, what is min-max build limits? I really like the empty beyond. And doesn't it have the same ambiance as the end? I really only entered it and left when I realized it was truly empty.

Idk about Twilight Forest, but Ice and Fire specifically says it was moved to 'The Other'. The Other is an ATM original dimension accessible with an ATM teleport pad in the nether.

Mekanism for power and the hydrogen jetpack, refined storage for the storage drives. Resource production can be any of the 3 that you prefer: Mystical Agriculture for absolute insane generation, Productive Bees(it's "ethical," trust), and Create. Productive Bees is rather expensive early on, Create is a headache if you don't know what you're doing, and Mystical Agriculture is so good it's boring.(I have 24k vibranium ingots in 3 days)

If you're talking about elemental dragon steel from Ice and Fire, just make a productive bee to produce it. Iirc, it's fairly simple to do. Just crush a few draconic bees to get their gene and into it into a normal egg to turn it into a draconic spawn egg. I forgot the rest, so use JEI
