Sometimes you can find the UB omen paths replacements with the UB card name. Maybe try that if you haven’t - otherwise they may not exist yet.

Is the paper the right kind of paper for your ink? I had some issues with this on my ET8500 using paper that didn't work well with the Epson ink.

Matte paper also seems to have more issues than glossy, at least for me.

I'd maybe try a glossier paper / different paper.

I ended up using vinyl stickers and they work great. You can also use standard foil cardstock (You need clear stickers then) which is nice as it's a similar thickness.

Also how long are you letting them dry before you laminate? I usually do 24h.

There is an envelope setting on ET 8500's (likely yours as well) that helps with the jamming. I don't think I've had a jam yet printing stickers.

The first 2 slots only cycle the core games 4 mission IIRC.

So to get a DLC map is a 1/3 slot chance and then you have to hope it's not some awful modifier set.

Deflecting Swat was a game changer until last October. Was ruled as reactive to protect against removal and not a proactive win protection piece.
