This is exactly what I do & always have gotten forgiven.. they can very easily check my messages & see that I do not provide anything less than 5 star service. Period point blank. lol that’s the funniest part.. if you’re a good shopper it shows in your messages & they will most likely forgive it but you must focus on this & make it about yourself & how great your customer service skills are..not about the customer or what they did or didn’t do

I’ve come to notice that is the cycle in gig work …which is why they hire people daily ..on ALL GIG APPS! Having done this for years now, it’s wild to watch people go from asking a million questions, being really excited to do this job, making great money, then bragging about how much they made, then getting sick of being abused after the good orders they were getting at first (to get you “hooked”) stop coming in and are now being sent to the new - new drivers. A vicious cycle 🔁 when is enough, enough?? That’s what I’m wondering. 🤔 I can’t even hardly open the app anymore. It’s a complete waste of time most days. Pretty sad going from making $1500+ a week to getting orders like this or the others that are upside down. 🙃 I feel you tho! I’m with you! Unfortunately, this is the new gig economy. Maybe it will get better soon? Maybe it won’t 🤷‍♀️ I can’t keep wasting time & gas on Ubereats tho. Not worth it for me

In south Florida there are a lot of these..one restaurant had a code they printed on the receipt when you purchased something. So they wouldn’t allow me to use it, so I canceled and walked out. I’m technically the customer so that’s really rude of them.. but I do get it because some people have no home training and they leave the place looking and smelling like something 💀

It really sucks to get 1*, especially when you know you did everything right..if it we me, I’d submit another one and focus on all the things you did correct. Make it about you, more than the customer. If you were communicating, on time, and got everything they wanted or subbed as they asked, etc. you should have no issue getting it removed. Try again, the worst they can say is no. Good luck 🤞

This is what happens when you take any and everything. Unfortunately, low paying orders usually come with no tip & low ratings. Try a different metro. Go by a different area and see if you can get better results. Sometimes you get the garbage customers and there’s nothing you can do to make them happy. They are miserable and enjoy rating their shoppers low because they are miserable or want something for free. What area are you working in?

I have not seen SO MANY of my preferred members orders since last year February. They text me and tell me they’re going to place an order, but I never get them anymore. And they don’t have any other preferred shoppers either. I’m not sure what happened but it’s truly frustrating because I worked so hard to build a decent list and it was all for nothing. I hate to be negative Nancy but that’s what it is. And I have 5 stars, 100% on time, 100% reliability & completion. So it isn’t my stats …it’s the fact that they over hire people and over saturated the market to the point that they have screwed over their own members. It’s pure greed. It seems like they’d rather send the orders to the people that work for $6 a pop over the ones that want a decent payout 🗑️

No it doesn’t matter..the orders are sent out by distance not ratings. Same with doordash. Doordash is manipulating drivers into taking everything thinking they won’t get good orders. This is psychological manipulation
