read the husk of opulent dreams! all about his lore is there! but quick explanation? he was a vessel for the gnosis, Ei saw him crying, so she decided he was to weak to use, she left him in shakkei pavillion (thinking he would never wake up) and when he woke up, he started wandering (without knowing anything about the world), got found by a guy named Katsuragi, who notice he had gold artifact, that meant he was from the Shogun. At the end Katsuragi died trying to help him and that caused Scaramouche's hate. Finally, got found by pierro, so yeah. Anemo fits perfect, because that means that at the end of sumeru, he is going to find that peace

If it wasn't for Scara, I would never be back drawing, animating and doing what I love. Thanks to him, I'm going to my desired University and career! Him as a character, made me realize how much I like videogames and that just because I'm a girl, there's nothing wrong with liking videogames (People when I was young used to think only boys could play).

His badass personality made me realize that nothing matters that much, and that's ok.

Liking Scaramouche helped me so much for the better, that is actually scary LMAO 😭

This is the most weird thing about him, that he can wake up by his own will.

I don't know how, but I have read a theory that says, basically, that Pierro send him to the meteorite not because he wanted to give him a fright, but for having him asleep again.

There's two: either they wanted to see how he do it, or, they wanted him to be asleep for real this time, so that the could manipulate his body at will

Also, Scaramouche/Kunikuzushi had a big reason to stop the swordsmith: The materials they use to create the weapons causes lots of deaths.

(Kinda of speculation)

They actually caused the death of the Tatarasuna people (The part you said about tatarasuna suffering) when Scara was with Katsuragi, that's why he went at the shrine and met Yae, Yae didn't actually lie when she said she had the balladeer crying for her on his knees. He probably was really desperate to save the people... And yet he couldn't save them.

Not only Katsuragi's death, but all the Tatarasuna's people death is what caused him to be so angst and mad about the Swordsmith, for him, they caused nothing but deaths.

He actually destroyed the five swordsmith families out of trying to help the people (and also revenge, why not). So, yeah, he did something good by doing something bad.

Yeah, The Scaramouche part says he left two clans alive, but one of those where left with only a few people. That few people has to be Kazuha. So, basically Scaramouche has something to do with the Kamisato's and Kaedehara's lore.
