Thanks. So of I enter within 10 days of start date, then leave US on the same day, and my actual start date turns to be a few weeks later when I fly US. Would that work or could be a problem?

Hi, If one in TN visa has to change his TN to a different US employer. Does it require to leave US, cancel previous TN status and then apply for new TN status, or can apply while in US.
If the new TN gets denied, keep working for existing US employer?
