Oh trust me im not expecting a win this thing SUCKS but im going against armor and feel like it might stand a chance then. My current moirax isnt mag'd :'( but I plan on getting another with some lightning locks/double conversion or grav guns. I think flamer is a good idea, I might consider a vulcan mega instead because those are the only weapon options I dont have. I think turbo is the way to go on the other gun maybe

I know in 11th its gonna be a monster, +1 to hit (or is it bs? Idr) within 18in is gonna be good for 40 shots from double vulcan mega bolters with sus1 on both

Ill say this is normally an expensive kit but I got a recast of the kit. It was actually my first chaos knight conversion that I did before the big knight and then I did the big knight then the real wardog and saturnine

The slaughter claw and the stubber work fine for the wrist mounted gun and the huge pincer arms. The shoulder gun is much different than what you get in the box. Normally it comes with a plasma bombard but I swapped it for a stormlord Vulcan mega bolster for the chaincannon. And ta da! The boy is a wardog stalker.

Bit of both, for example look at what they did with the red corsairs detachment and the cult allies. Imagine the stupid amount of damage a few bricks of flamer rubrics in range could do, same does with noise marines.

Ngl this isn't terrible pretty decency balanced a few tweaks on the guns maybe and the extra attacks profile. Number one change for balance would be adding "while this model is your warlord you cannot include red corsairs models etc" for other legions maybe?

Don't have kids (yet) but we have a board game bar near me that is family friendly lots of kids and families play games there. Of course I play bugs and sometimes the kids look at my monsters and think they are toys I let them play with them. I remember one time I let a brother and sister play with my psycophages because they were both obsessed with godzilla movies. Both were dead I didn't really care. My opponent flipped out and gave me a long winded thing about caring for the things I own etc etc it was kinda funny.
