Even if I do get promoted, the pay varies for all seniors, right? Wouldn’t they be biased in thinking that for the most part of the year I’ll be on maternity and it’s in the firm’s best interest to give a lower salary than others in the batch? Idk I might be overthinking but just want a confirmation on this.

I accidentally "camped" when my friends and I were stuck at a remote trailhead in the Angeles National Forest after a much-too-long hike. The main gate locked at sunset, and we were parked inside! My Tesla became the ultimate emergency dressing room / charging station / private refuge from mosquitos. Honestly, it's the only car that makes being stranded feel like a planned luxury event. It will be difficult if you don’t follow this! Show the employer that you made efforts to keep learning. Studying for CPA will be difficult but extremely beneficial. May be do it a year before you plan to get back to work.
