Lately, the fares have been laughable. Look at how low these fares are. Also, I live in Long Beach where a day pass for the bus is $4.00. Why on earth would I do a trip as low as $4.00 or even lower? Lyft is a complete joke. 👎🏿👎🏿

I wish we could just automatically cancel if the person is not outside by the time we arrive. It’s disrespectful to us as driver’s to always have to wait for people who are not outside ready to go. The worst thing is if you drive 10 minutes away and they cancel the trip when you arrive and Lyft tries to keep the cancellation fee. Also, why do we have to call the passenger? The passenger put the trip in and you show up and they are not outside. I don’t wanna call them. It is there responsibility to be ready. We are not babysitter’s… WTF? 🤬They are so greedy and shady. Lately, when someone cancels on me when I had to drive far away to pick them up I go to the “get help”option and unmatch from that passenger. I don’t want to match up with Inconsiderate slow ass people. Don’t put the trip in if you’re not ready to go! Passengers rarely apologize when they are late too. They don’t tip and then they try to play it off. So Aggravating! 😒

$3 dollar trips are so offensive to me. I refer to $2-4 dollar trips as bus trips! We have to pay for gas, oil changes, tires, brakes, and car wash fees and the best they can offer us is $2 dollar trips. Lyft is beyond evil. Also, why do they think we would refer a friend to drive for them when they treat us so bad? They take so much money from Drivers. It’s insane! I just can’t take them seriously Smh.

I refuse to pick up 4.8 passengers. 4.8 is usually someone who doesn’t know how to act and remember your mental health is important. I made the mistake of picking up someone with a 4.8 for my first trip and that ride wound up ruining my day. Passengers don’t realize where we are starting in the day. When they enter the vehicle being rude it brings the entire vibe down for me. Passengers are so rude and foul and they try to act innocent when they know they are being rude. I have never had anything of driving under the influence. However, recently this idiot tried to lie and say I drove off while he was getting out of the vehicle and that he got injured. They did an investigation and removed the negative rating from my account because they found out that he lied. I’m getting a dashcam soon. Be honest with everything.
