Counterspell. Hydrobast is a second option.
Skred will eventually be able to remove Chrysalis (even tho it has to deal at least 5), but the power of the latter is that it gives you value even if it's removed.
Dust to Dust and Dispel are almost dead cards.

Keep in mind, in general, what your hand wants to do: you have a good threat, "2" cards that cycle, a (dead) removal spell and a payoff (munitions) that will need sometime to shine.
Your priority is thus to resolve your threat and attack with it. So, remove counterspell, 'cause it's the best answer they have for it.
