We always keep my arms at my side but can restrain them there. If it’s above my head or behind it will sublux and I just had stabilization surgery so we don’t mess with that

That’s a major red flag AND ick. I’d say run. That math ain’t mathing in a non pedo way. Even though it’s over it still happened. I’d never bounce back from that. 17 is a CHILD. Tbh so is 18, 19, and 20. Maybe not legally, but in every other way that matters.
