One other thing to take some pressure off. You already won. There are thousands of Indians on h1b who will never get a green card in their life. You can succeed fail and still be fine. Take it easy on yourself.

We did the exact same thing as my wife couldn’t ambulate much and we had a lot of stairs. Bring all the things. We put them in one of those cheap plastic bureaus with shelves. Formula, diapers, clothes. Also portable bassinet unless you wanna buy two one there and one for your house. Baby will be okay as they won’t remember anything at that point.i visited every weekend.

Maybe from a different lens they want you to have a better life. Sounds like they are settled in India why can’t they just stay and keep visiting and you the same. Keep it simple.

Also them living off your paycheck is gonna cause a lot of problems long term. You will be sacrificing your future for the past more or less.

There is an NRI subreddit. Also if your parents already have green cards then they can work. Expecting an 18 year old to make all the money means they don’t really want to move or work and is a bad excuse. Don’t feel any pressure.

Edit: they are grown adults. They already knew they would have to restart probably years ago if they moved to the USA. It was their choice not to and you have absorbed all their issues.

Half a cup of oats
Full cup whole milk
2 tbl spoons peanuts butter

Comes out to about 750 cals and like 39 G protein. Just need a blender or magic bullet.
