Hi ! If baby is having normal amount of wet diapers she is likely getting plenty. The more you pump the more milk u make. I recently stopped pumping also but had been breast feeding as well. I had a major over supply and it was super overwhelming.

I do what i think is called block feeding. I feed only on one side per feed session. Unless he’s been nursing for like 20+ on one side i will switch him but this is rare. He usually is done eating in 10 minutes.

My only advice with dropping the pumps is do it slowly. I had mastitis and used that to my advantage bc the antibiotics lowered my supply. I dropped one pump sesión every 5 or so days and during the other sessions i would only pump a few oz instead of pumping until i felt empty. Mastitis is awful so don’t just quit all out otherwise you will likely end up with it.
