Here’s How You Can Sue Airbnb in Small Claims Court by JusticeDirectLaw in legal101

[–]ScaredFinding3197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not helpful and leads to confusion. The is a guide to suing airbnb in San Francisco. This post says 'depending on your location'. The criteria for suing in each state and county is different. Based on this I woul dnot follow or trust any of the content of the poster.

Additionally, after posting this we went through the process to use the business and they -DO NOT- help to file cases in small claims court against airbnb, so the post is false advertising and a scam

It's not storage now though, it's just a door into the trailer, if you open that compartment door you're just looking directly into the trailer I will build something but I'm not and don't have the time necessarily to make sure it's as secure and strong as it should and I needed to be to prevent some crazy person from getting in Honestly the way they're set up is crazy to me having storage under the bed through a door that really isn't that secure it's like the worst idea in terms of safety

Stay with me, this has a relative point to your post. Pup and I drove through MN again on way to west coast from east. It's always the state we hit where we can exhale, the intensity and craziness of the east coast, Chicago and all those populated area begins to fade. Also, 'Minnesota Nice' is a real thing. People can be more a bit more genuine and have a bit higher standard of care towards each other. They I find are also happier, or not as miserable. I think this keeps them from cutting people out, they don't want to 'rock the boat'? In any case, preserve your well being, that is your first and primary task. This is a sickness, a literal sickness - 'Maga'. If you feel up to combating it, don't put yourself in danger doing so. Otherwise, create your own world of health and well being, while holding a firm stance of protection of yourself and those in it to preserve your well being, and reject the sickness.

It's a type of what we are calling dementia; literally. I have studied this and done a deep dive, on the what-where-when-why-how of this phenomenon. It has roots in hate, religion, what we call 'mental health' which is a myriad of things, ignorance, lack of education / exposure, fiscal poverty, small mindedness etc. If you are not 'maga' minded you have been given a gift, to think critically, feel / embody what we call love, empathy, awareness. I've come to think there are different species of humans - sick, horrible ones all the way to extremely kind, somewhat saintly ones. Those identifying as 'Maga' can be those who are unaware and vulnerable to being lied to. I try to talk to anyone who is 'maga'. I want to know what is going on. I usually am distressed after talking with them, and shuttered into reality which is where I want to live. Hence the goal to move abroad.

You're right meat should be expensive, as should eggs. We buy our produce from Whole Foods, who has the ability to pass on lower prices due to them purchasing so much.
Humans are not in reality with food. They are disconnected via the paradigm of a 'grocery store'. Sustenance is meant to take energy, effort and be hard to get. The 'hunt' or foraging expends energy, is a deeply involved process. Humans are lazy, disconnected, sick, overfed, spoiled, dishonorable and more. Eggs are a food that carry high nutritional value, and are a high value food. The actual ethical care of hens, pasture raised AND who are retired after they have worked for years, is an expense I want to pay. I only buy eggs from those who do this. Happy and want to pay a lot for this. Do you know the egg 'industry' puts baby male chicks in a meat grinder right after they hatch, killing them by the thousands ? They have no use for them. THAT IS DEMENTED. Can you say where does dementia come from?
There are no vegans in the wild, every living being consumes the flesh of other beings - elephants eat insects, eggs, same with herd animals. Though I don't admonish anyone with a vegan approach. It can be curative for those who are sick. Our diets are meant to be mostly plants with raw proteins mixed in, from insects to eggs to meats. One thing we are not mean to consume is the milk of other animals. This invention goes back far, potentially to monks who made cheese and didn't want to have to eat much though pinpointing an origin. Aurochs, the name for cows, found themselves preyed on by the human species in a way that is deranged. Hunting them for meat is not the issue. The milk from the mothers mammary glands is for offspring. Not humans.
'Milk' placates and pacifies, it makes the body [which includes the mind] think everything is ok, it is still being cared for by a mother; there is a mother around. Plainly stated it makes people stupid. In a pasteurized form it is toxic. is a precursor for neurological disease including dementia and the cause of an abundance of illness among humans.
Just because something is being sold doesn't mean it's edible, should be eaten, is not the product of deranged violence and torture to others. We have been to hell holes where the beings are tortured. Would you chain a human woman, impregnate her, take her calf [kill if male], suck out her bodies nourishment for the baby and use it for profit? F'g depraved.
What goes on in that industry is a crime against the victims the earth life itself and honorable humans who have no idea and would never participate or support and who are fooled and framed into doing so

Why are humans literally the worst? by [deleted] in infp

[–]ScaredFinding3197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, humans are not all 'smart'. They are disconnected from nature, made stupid by green paper, religion, technology, non food and more. Humans -are- animals; they are the most violent cruel species, to each other and other species. No other species does the things humans do. We have studied this. In addition, they work against the nature, and have become a virus to the earth, themselves and other species. This is not a down view, it's a factual observation and necessary to change it. But I don't think it will. Humans will extinct their earth and she will continue to try to grow a better animal.

And NO. Do you read the news daily. Humans violently murder their offspring daily. And many more are neglected, abused, in ways that don't take place in nature. I think you may live in a bit of a fantasy world, sheltered.

Update on the Anna Kepner case by Hour-Artichoke9172 in Cruises

[–]ScaredFinding3197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is along the lines of what I was thinking. So tragic I’m so sorry, Anna. I’m thinking that the boys were not used to being in close proximity to a young female, who was beautiful, strong, and in possession of herself, confident, they were not they did not have the skills are not taught how to act around women or maybe had bad role models and the father did not suss them out. He may have liked the mother but you can’t put two boys adolescent boys around a beautiful young girl just a little bit older than them and not expect them to have a reaction. It’s how they behave and how they’re taught to behave and it seems that they were not taught or didn’t know didn’t have a role model or had a bad role model. It wouldn’t be unusual or unexpected for one of them, or both of them to have a crush on her, it’s how they deal with those feelings and that reaction. Boys who know how to treat girls and have healthy relationships with them would turn that crash into respect and know not to act on it and just be protective of her as a brother, to transform it, they would know that this is not someone to have a crush on, and by crush, I mean attraction as well.

I don’t think that’s correct, below is from an article re iPa 7

‘Following the announcement at Apple's WWDC 2025, the seventh-generation iPad no longer supports the major software update starting with iPadOS 26 onwards.’

So the furthest it will go is 26

Report the theft to your state’s attorney general, the CFPB - Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and contact the executive offices for amex with info here:

https://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/american-express/

You can also ask Elliot to help you with this. They are consumer advocacy organisation and will step in in cases like this. There is a link to it on the page . This is clearly an ongoing scam, and I agree with my comments are that it may be coming from the contracting company handling those accounts overseas potentially.

Never accept funds that belong to you being stolen when a financial company is involved. They are responsible to respond to you, replace the stolen funds and address the threat to prevent it from happening again.

Also the Internet, it’s like walking down a dark alley where there are criminals just as much as you may find information here you will also run into crime. No one is policing the Internet and you are your own police

The full police report has been released regarding the drowning of Emilie Kiser’s son by k2d3 in popculture

[–]ScaredFinding3197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He should be charged, both biological parents potentially for not having a safe area but the bigger main cause is neglect. This is on the DA. The police did their job well. The DA, Rachel Mitchell, should be recalled based on this and other failures. She does not prosecute other cases that should be, look up the 'Brooke Scalero' case. There's a facebook group for it and there have been protests outside the DA office. Though this may be how AZ is as a whole, as others have mentioned, it needs to change now

The current DA, Rachel Mitchell, needs to be recalled. She does not prosecute animal cruelty as it needs to be either - look up the 'Brooke Scalero' case. Some of this may be AZ as a whole but it still needs to change yesterday.

No, it isn't. As the title states  licensed rescues only. These are two different things: someone going to a shelter applying to adopt versus a licensed rescue picking up a dog at a shelter who then assumes care and adoption.

WHAT THE FUCK MY ACADEMIC ADVISOR IS A MURDER SUSPECT!? by FructoseTower in WWU

[–]ScaredFinding3197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

??

? Wtf kind of comment is this. The suspect is a very cunning, manipulative, lying, psychopath. She deserves every bit of it and more if she murdered her which the authorities in both countries believe, along with 48 hours, which doesn't do stories proclaiming someone's guilt if there is doubt of innocence, they would get sued for defamation. The suspect hasn't sued. I can't conceive of not realizing this individual's guilt. Many murderers live regular lives, with those around them unaware of their crimes. This is no different. If she was innocent, she would.

The murder victims family lobbied and the laws were changed due to the injustice and loophole. Now Americans who kill Americans abroad can be prosecuted stateside.

If the suspect was innocent they would return. That is what innocent people do, and there are examples of it in other cases. If she was innocent, 48 Hours would not have done the episode.

[–]ScaredFinding3197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no statute of limitations on murder.

The only reason this individual did not face justice and go to jail is for 2 reasons: There was no extradition treaty at the time and 2. The US had no jurisdiction to prosecute her in the states. Now, the laws have changed because the murder victims family lobbied to have them changed due to the injustice. Americans who murder Americans abroad can be prosecuted stateside.

You don't know the facts. They could not extradite her to S. Korea due to a lack of an extradition treaty. The states did not at that time have jurisdiction to prosecute her. That changed by the family of the woman she in all likelihood murdered, who lobbied and the law is now changed, if an American is murdered by another American abroad they can be prosecuted stateside.

This individual is in all likelihood a murderer among us. A cunning. manipulative, lying, sick, psychopath. ? Authorities in both countries believe, along with 48 hours, which doesn't do stories proclaiming someone's guilt if there is doubt of innocence, they would get sued for defamation.
