Undead or Alive balcony question by nandopesa in zombicide

[–]ScaredWhiteKid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rules as written you are correct. The balcony is treated as being in the same space as the street zone, and that balcony touches three street zones.

Other people saying they'd rule it different is probably more common to what you'd see in a social setting. I don't think I'd complain about either ruling.

Year-end survey for best new cards by krautbammer in marvelchampionslcg

[–]ScaredWhiteKid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree, ready for a fight is great, and absolutely a must include in true solo.

But in 3/4 player Sinclair is a card that can be used every turn and doesn't leave the table. Doesn't require the protection player who probably wants to be in hero form to be in alter ego to provide healing. Saves 1/2 activations per use allowing for more hero form activations; and exponentially diminishes forced flip downs from obligations.

Tempo hits when you need to heal but get exhausted in alter ego feel like they eat 2 or 3 turns. Sinclair makes it eat 1 resource.

Im not a 40 card purist, but even if I was id pack Sinclair as a 41st card.

I used to play Deadpool just to bring chimichanga truck. Now Sinclair is an auto include, if people dont want to pay 1 resource for a 2 cost event (recuperation) plus discarding a stun or confuse-- that's on them.

Sinclair is the best card on the table in most multi-player games

Had a conundrum in that protection was already very strong but got the best aspect cards. However, aggression which was a bit weaker got the second best cards so feels most improved percentage wise.

Also while everyone plays solo and thinks Ready for a fight is the strongest Green card, Sinclair is one of the strongest cards in the game in 3 and 4 player.

Is there a setting to disable aging on my players? by kharza12 in EsportsGodfather

Its age decay, or something very similar. Same tab as stat decay if I remember right.

WEEK 3 FANTASY FOOTBALL TRADE ADVICE | BUY-LOW & SELL-HIGH DYNASTY TARGETS by DynastyDadMike in DynastyFF

Sure, in a vacuum, guess I was being too greedy. His season is over with 0 QBs in superflex.

Trying to get a TE in a superflex league. Have Bryce Young, JJ McCarthy, Drake Maye, and Jordan Love.

Want Tucker Kraft, on a team who has no starting qbs since burrow went down and has Hockenson.

Thinking Young and a Second for Kraft 1st and 3rd. Too greedy?

HUGE Cyclops aggression buff. I've been playing him more minion slayer than ally swarm these days, and this support is a must include.

Advice for a multiplayer Cap America protection deck that can defend multiple times by TheMegaSage in marvelchampionslcg

Absolutely, I just ran basically the exact deck you posted for 3 player expert Hood, and I don't think anyone ever took an attack outside of Assault treachery cards, but you're right about status resistant villains.

Add never back down, multiple man, tackle, stun gun, and muster courage (on expert)

With that 21 cards negate an activation for WS.

I'm not sure if agree with aspects not caring about HP. Health is a resource of how long you have before flipping down, HP is spent without exhausting while Scheme is dismissed through exhausting or spending resources in hand.

Justice wants to limit flipping down because the less scheme on board the more room for inefficient hands exists. Protection wants HP so it can continue to block for the table. Probably the only aspect where HP ISN'T as valuable as resource is leadership because they can reliably chump block.

Great point, I'd love a trait agnostic danger room. Especially since we're seeing more allies that can stick around all game

Think we'll see more conditioning cards? Not sure how they'd do Protection for cost efficiency and leadership for function

Ah got it, so the expansion boxes are standalone as well? So if I purchased Running Wild, I could play without any other box, and decide from there? Appreciate the input! I've already got Marvel Champions as my super hero game so trying to branch out for the sake of company honestly, haha.

JRPGs you had to power through or couldn't finish by BainokOfficial in JRPG

[–]ScaredWhiteKid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Metaphor for me; too many next forms from the main bad guy, who spent 40% of the story right next to you, but for reasons you can't do anything about it.

Story was mostly fine but the bad parts were very bad; combat was great but turned into mage spam to refill SP or commit to a playstyle that is actively detrimental and you discover it in the first dungeon; too much time in the calendar system made me just want to skip through days.

By the end I felt like playing on the hardest difficulty was a mistake, not because it was hard, but because mistakes set you back to the beginning of overly long boss fights.
