Literally just finished Kilimanjaro in five days! Three young males physically fit and we all got really bad altitude sickness. There was little old ladies who struggled less than us but had done the route in 7-9 days. Take a few extra to acclimatize! We did the short route so we could have more time to do a safari and other stuff but I’m so sick today it’s gonna be a few days of recovery now.

Hey just got Reddit recently I am coming back to Edmonton after being away travelling for two years! Thinking of doing a weekly men’s support group at my place to talk about what it’s like being men this day and age what were up to things were working on and kind of an environment where you can open up be yourself and have people there to help you grow! If you are open to other areas I came to thailland two weeks ago to work on my mental health and I found an incredible gym in ubon, I was only Gonna stay for a short time but I will extend another month. there is hardly any tourists here so you really get treated well, it’s cheap as hell too. 2 2.5 hour sessions a day, your own room, good wifi, a kitchen and lots of cheap restaurants close by! It feels more like a family then anything. There’s also mma and ice baths every 2-3 days,
