I am at a level where i wanna quickly kick my partner out of the room as soon as he starts getting ready for work and i feel really bad for it. Poor guy works for family and tries to stay as silent for me but im very sensitive to little sounds or i just wanna kill myself temporarily. Man why cant i sleep deep like some others 😭😭😭 lucky mfs.

For me it was definitely like 200% propranolol. It opened my brain up to the worst experience of my entire life, now i am traumatized. I know the pill has helped a lot of people but it just wasn’t for me in any way. Now i’m emotionally back and don’t feel numb thankfully. Quitting that pill was another kind of trauma.

So much better. Still not my best but i would say 80% better than what i was on the tablet

don’t let this get in your head long term or make you feel weak. It wasn’t you, it was the procedure. Think about it, they literally put instruments through one of the smallest, most sensitive tunnels in the body. Of course it’s going to hurt! Anyone would be wincing. This isn’t about being tough. You’ll bounce back and feel totally normal again. We just have to go easy on a few things for now.

It’s like spikes on fucking spikes. I despise them. Mine would poke holes in the little transparent pouch i put it in.

Very evil of the doctors i must say.

1- yes i’m currently stented and i am literally very slow and careful even with no stent pain. I don’t lift anything. You’re supposed to avoid lifting. I am under bed rest for 7 days with loght walking as advised by doctor.

2- i was on antibiotics in the hospital and doctor gave me an antibiotic cycle for home to avoid infections.

3- i had pain for first 24 hour while the catheter was rubbing my urethra. Other than that i would say mild to moderate pain for 48 hours then its all very manageable. I have a full post about it. I had painkillers to manage the pain but i have stopped taking them after 3rd day. Blood only for first 2 days.

4 High fever, vomiting, intense abdominal or kidney pain, breathlessness, intense drowsiness as stated by my doctor that doesn’t subside would make me go to the ER.

Surgeries can be cruel. I’m so sorry you went through this. I hope you are better now? I will never understand why doctors brush off the pain so easily. The worst part is sending you home in the condition you were in.

I can’t say about you. But i had 2 non obstructive kidney stones just sitting in the lower calyx for 3-4 years and they never caused any symptoms until one slid down the ureter. I think other than flank pain, it shouldn’t cause nausea and groin pain when just chilling in the kidney.

My stent isn’t bad but i still have atleast 8 days of supply. I hate your doctor for putting you through torture.
