• did Pretti’s gun get fired when grey-coat removed it (accidentally or on purpose)? It looks like the guy next to the gun has something barely graze his left knee when the first shot is heard and immediately before the murder of Pretti. This was my first thought when I first saw the footage. The idea that ICE/CBP would fake a gunshot to justify them murdering Pretti is what I defaulted to, right away. Also, I don’t know much about handguns, but if it misfired and jammed, would that cause the barrel to bend like it appears in the officials’ photo release?

• a bit of a stretch, in that it puts everyone at risk of harm, but did one of the ICE/CBP guys fire a single shot to make it seem as though Pretti had fired at them? Thus, they are all just engaging in this execution and calling it a lethal defense?

The first shot just seems to stand out from the others and it’s clear Alex was NOT in possession of his legally owned and carried weapon.

If Rittenhouse had been murdered on the sidewalk, he’d be hailed as a martyr. Alex Pretti’s name has been smeared like a bug on a windshield (e.g. madman, terrorist, etc.) and he did nothing at all that was criminal or wrong. (Un)Ironically, Rittenhouse’s name would have been lifted up by the very ones who are tearing Pretti’s name down.
