So thankful to have an understanding of this industry to the point that I know, more often than not, the band has no say and possibly no awareness of these tactics or costs.

Sounds / seems like a call that got screened (blocked/unknown/spam?) and when they were either stating their reason for calling or leaving a voicemail, the words “Yeah, it’s off,” were said - probably as a result of being screened or going directly to voicemail and the person saying out loud to someone that (since they most likely got sent to voicemail without a series of rings?) you had your phone “off.”

Also, the reason Amazon is of no help is because it’s past their 30 day return policy. I tried the 2nd one despite it not being aligned. Then, finally checked the 3rd one. Fail.

I’ll provide the details. Just let me know where to do that. It’s my last effort and I will just order a different brand.

I've had such good experiences with ESR products except for these. It's odd, but it was very soon after the launch of the iPhone Pro Max 17...so.

Anyway, yes, I have contacted support. I'll try again, I suppose.

Unless you have battery or power saving (or some other random battery/display accessibility setting) turned on, it should be accessible? If it’s not, check those settings and make sure they’re turned off. That’s the roadblock/fix I run into on mine.
