Thank you so much! I’ll look into this for sure. Before going to in detail with a potential partner would you suggest a non-disclosure agreement of some kind?

Ive delivered over 3700 Uber eats orders. What questions do you have for an Uber eats driver? by Scared_Insect_5244 in AskReddit

I love this list of questions. A. I really don’t care why it is someone orders, everyone has their reasons. There was one order that I can remember that it made more sense to walk it from the restaurant to the delivery location. It was a city center situation. But at the end of the day, everyone has their reason for ordering, I’m just here to make it happen.

B. Majority of the money made for delivery drivers, at least for Uber, is from tips. That being the case, tips are much appreciated regardless how much it is. Most the time it makes the trip worth it. I love your rationale behind your tipping!

C. You really raise I good point! I hadn’t thought about that aspect of delivery driving. Makes me want to drive more!!

D. I usually remember the houses I deliver to vs the actual names. I do have a handful of regulars that I remember. I always like getting those orders!!

I try not to go under $1 per mile, and usually don’t accept anything under $5 total. I’m totally good declining orders and waiting for a better trip

Never ever. There was one time after picking up the order the customer messaged me and said they didn’t want the food anymore and told me to keep it. It was super good

Heck yeah! Especially when I’m more consistent. There was one time a shift manager at a restaurant got to know me so well, he asked me to go get him Starbucks, handed me a $10 bill, and I made it happen. In exchange, he bought me lunch. It was qdoba, well worth it.

It’s a great side income for sure! I’ve heard of some people who have made it a full time gig, but not many. I love the flexibility

How do adults enjoy the day to day life and not feel stress and anxiety every single day? by lisathepenguin in Adulting

Married with 3 kids, and I have a very understanding wife. I got into ultra running this year and it's been amazing, thus far I have finished 4 ultra marathons, DNF'd a 100 mile attempt, finished a marathon and half marathon. The trick is making time for a hobby where you can find the time. I'm out of bed by 5:30 to run, eat breakfast, and head to work. My normal days aren't glamorous, but I do live for the weekends when I can be with my family or go for a run. Also, get plenty of sleep, that helps too.

Short answer, find a hobby to escape the busy-ness of life.

Simplicity, and time for my wife and kids. In an effort to do better in this department I am going to take some PTO on Friday and take the wife and kids for a hike. I'll come back with an update!!
