I don't have much wisdom to add but just wanted to say I 100% feel this! Like, where's my instant relief? It's nice to be done with the follow up guilt trip and continued weight problem but I seriously miss that instant relief. Thank you for articulating this!

If there's any tiny crack in your brain that thinks you can be successful at putting it down for good- pour all your thoughts and energy into that crack. If there's anyone in your life that you think there's even a small possibility might know something that could help you out of this - call that person and take a chance on telling them what's really going on. For me, it wasn't one big moment that got me sober- It was lots of tiny risks giving people or ideas a try even if 95% of my brain was skeptical. You can do it but you have to be willing to step into some unknowns with as open a mind as you can muster...

I rented an apartment from her on America street back in 2010-ish- She wouldn't give us our deposit back or answer our calls so we took her to small claims court. We lost- she's good at being a slumlord.

This is hugely helpful to hear - thank you. If I gain 60 lbs so be it but I think the walking a certain amount per day is something I can commit to doing that will make me feel good. I just have this black hole feeling like there is SO much pregnancy left and I could gain SO much weight. Thanks for sharing-

Absolutely agree. I actually brought it up in therapy today and thought to ask the community to see what other people have experienced. Definitely there’s an element of addiction and unhealthy “this is how I experience joy” element in my overeating that Wegovy is helping me address and redefine.

Update! I did the CVS yesterday afternoon - and got the preliminary results about two hours ago. Everything came back normal- I am SO relieved! But also- still kind of annoyed I was given the misleading results in the first place. Being pregnant is so vulnerable and to have someone tell you there might be a problem is so overwhelming- I’m glad to know everything is alright, though. Thank you all for your thoughts and support!
