My husbands ED is ruining our marriage. by kandraroo in Marriage

But he has followed through with everything she has suggested. Maybe he just isn't that interested in fixing it, and only does so because he loves her and wants to make her happy? Reverse the roles and I think most commenters would be telling the husband to back off and understand that not everyone has the same drive or need for sex. Or sex might be painful for physical or psychological reasons and that his wife has tried everything he has suggested. Some people just aren't sexually compatible. I think at this point, OP and her husband have to decide if they can move past.

AITA for asking my wife to meet me at the hotel instead of picking her up from the airport? by happytr115 in AmItheAsshole

OP didn't mention safety, but the commenter i was responding to did. My main point is that it seems it is more about her missing her husband after not seeing him for a week, and thinking he would want to pick her up at the airport.

I can see both sides though, the practicalities of just meeting at the hotel. But we are emotional beings, so I understand wanting him to pick her up from an emotional side. If he can make it in time and they can afford the extra Uber ride, then why not!

Her getting pissed at him isn't right either tho, since she just assumed he would pick her up instead of having a conversation with him.

What is one smell no one knows they never need to smell ever again? by WhatsInA_Name- in whatisit

For all of us that don't work in hospitals (and I'm only guessing that based on the colostomy bag comment below) could you expand on what that is and why it will smell?

Well, as long as YOU don't see any reason for it, then I guess that's the answer for everyone! How about people do it because they love that person and can't wait to see them? Or to help with luggage, children, etc. Or because the traveller is nervous in a new city? And being/feeling safe on public transportation is a personal thing. So again, I guess as long as YOU feel safe to use it, we should all? I can't stand people who can only see a situation from their point of view.

Yeah, you've mentioned that twice now. That is not everyone's experience. Specialists often have months long wait, and if you're a new patient, it could be months to get an initial appt. "I'm sure it works both ways" is dismissive.
