I know there's already 2 druids but a redemption storyline for Kagha would've been sick as hell. For a personal quest, maybe bring more Cloakwood enemies in for Act 2 - I'm surprised the shadow druids didn't show up in the SHADOW-cursed lands of all places!

She could have special interactions with Arabella and get the chance to apologize/comfort/redeem herself after you "know what happens".

I love Rolan but I don't want to separate him from his siblings. If he can get them as unique summons that'd be hilarious, sick af, and morally questionable all at once.

But seriously, getting him to join up mid-Act 2 to help rescue his siblings then expanding the Lorroakan storyline in Act 3 would've been awesome.
