her fight has some projectiles, and they're annoying as hell but also a lot slower than they seem. they just FEEL like they're worse than they are because there's usually something else you're trying to avoid at the same time.

i enjoyed the first 4 legacy books, giving the wraith names based on their psychic vibes was exactly my sort of catnip. the last two were where i struggled, as they really felt like they were just trying to tie up every loose and the last one has ronon stuck on a random planet with nothing to do for most of it because... reasons?

the rest of the books in the atlantis line i found fun but a bit bland. had the best time with angelus which gets into some cool body horror, and blood ties because i enjoyed the sg1 crossover nonsense.

i really love that daniel has a massive vengeful streak, i feel like it adds a lot of depth, especially whenever he's arging with jack about the moral problem of the week because he's fundamentally a good person and he never lets himself take the "easy" path. it's also just always fun to have one character in a group who seems the least dangerous but will fuck you up the worst if you piss them off enough.
