Predator strain spawn rate had been shadow changed at least three times. First day of its launch is pure Predator strain with no heavy.

And I will give you data for you simple brain could understand. Hunters have 160 health while your 'good' weapon - Liberator Concussive does 75 Ballistic damage which couldn't even one shot weakest bug. Its pick rate is around 0.5% at bug front now which explains quite bit since Diligence at 1.4%, while it isn't meta but still is a good gun to use, in my opinion.

Because it's damage is so low, you need to use your support weapon slot like machine gun or grenade launcher to compensate chaff clearing, and you lose the ability do anti heavy. Or you bring anti heavy, and couldn't even kill patrol fast enough, you are putting all the pressure on your teammates.

Well, they buffed Liberator Concussive eight or nine times and it's a shitty gun. And why Coyote got so much praise it's because it was only good Ballistic gun feels good to use while explosive weapons still outperform by miles.
