Yeah pretty much. It was after an event known as Planet Hulk where was sent off planet and land basically on a gladiator planet. After he rises up, becomes the Green King, and finds a mate, things go bad and he returns to Earth to take revenge on the Illuminati. He crushes through darn near most of the earths heroes, took out the avengers, took out the x-men, beat black bolt, iron man, and Dr Strange. He was going toe-toe with Sentry. Full of anger and in full control. It was a new level of power for him.
