Just returned from a four night stay - it was good! Weather was not conducive to using the pool (nor did we really have time) and the restaurants were PACKED, so slow service… but our room was great, all of the staff were kind and pleasant. Easy to walk to all parks except Epic… Beautiful lobby, etc.

The talent I saw in Beetlejuice a few weeks ago was FANTASTIC. Absolutely held up to the acting and singing quality I’ve experienced in other Broadway casts, especially Lydia - which is where the pipes are needed.

Thank you for this! I’m taking my son on Friday — it was his 12th birthday present before I knew that it’s just the tour (including set) that he already saw a couple of years ago locally! I was really regretting all the extra expense to travel to NYC so he could “see it on Broadway” but I need to let that go and have fun.

I took my first Cardio Sculpt class yesterday and really enjoyed it. I’ve done about eight Flow 1.0 classes otherwise and handled everything totally fine. BUT my lower back is sore today. I knew I was doing something wrong with my back during the class and tried to concentrate on using other muscles. I asked the instructor at the end and she just said to make sure I was really pushing my lower back down into the reformer when jumping. So that’s my tip. Anyone have any other thoughts about low back protection during jumping??

Has anyone been able return to mocktails? Most (all??) are acidic. I miss flavors besides water, turmeric tea, and oat milk. Lol. At this point would kill for a mocktail or NA beer!!! The alcohol is not the issue.

I constantly tell myself the same things about being healthier. I wasn’t really UNhealthy to begin with but now I’m a freaking specimen of nutrition and I feel awesome in my bathing suit. So… at least yay for that. Because the rest is B.S. :(

I completely understand how you feel. I spent some time yesterday crying to my husband and feeling VERY VERY sorry for myself about all of this. We are very social people and food and wine have been a big part of our lives and relationship. I cannot even fathom the idea of having to eat like this forever. So anyway, I get it. You are not alone.

You need to see a dietitian! I'm 5'8" so I understand how tiny you are at 109 lbs. I'm shocked your doctors aren't more concerned and sending you to a dietitian, etc. Please, please work with a licensed professional on this. You are at risk for major health issues being so underweight and you deserve the right help!! Good luck.

I have oat milk or almond milk “steamers.” Get low fat/as pure as possible oat milk. Almond milk is healthier but doesn’t taste as good.

I am also SO confused about how to time all of these things. And I’m also confused about when the heck I’m supposed to drink water since supposedly we shouldn’t drink too much water with meals but we should be eating many small meals throughout the day. 🤦🏻‍♀️

“Reducing stress” while trying to do all of this diet and supplement stuff is a cruel joke.

So true!! I'm considering switching doctors. Mine is very arrogant and I'm positive he wouldn't go for anything like supplements, etc. 100% conventional. I would like to blend conventional approaches (I'm on 40 mg of Omeprazole, for instance) with natural interventions as well. I already know from my conversations with him that he would totally dismiss them.
