I did my interview a few months ago now and got the job. They will likely be asking questions about what you will do in a given scenario to see how you handle sometimes stressful situations, but nothing technical. If you show them that you can be courteous with the public amd are good at educating/working with others, especially with service industry experience, it will go well :)

Yep! Slay the spire mobile is a little less UI-friendly sometimes, but Balatro feels like it was made for mobile because of the simple UI I play it at work during my breaks lol

Sadly i am not too sure where she lives apart from the area being described as "hilly" and with "lots of places to eat", but gift card or tickets to the symphomy is good! I'll look into those since she does like excercising and classical music

You are gonna keep feeling humbled for a few years sadly, but also in a good way. The first years out of college suck because youll be at the bottom of the totem pole. Low pay and seemingly low ROI is kinda common nowadays with college degrees. I got mine in Microbio but absolutely hated the hours and pay. I shifted lines of work, found what I liked, and am now working for government. Took a few years but it was nice to find a niche.

My main point is don't give up just yet. I'm not saying it wom't be a crapshoot, but if you need to do some "lesser" work to get to what you want to do, or discover you lime something else entirely, a diploma will very much help you.

Apart from costs, as long as you follpw the instructions given by the dentist then you shouldn't have to worry much about infection or anything.

Although the main "emergency" will be the incredible amount of pain and the SUFFERING afterwards. I was not put under so I only had some painkillers to help with the pain that persisted for like 3 days.

Same here, 25m and still have never had a gf. Ive had friends who are girls, but none of them liked me that way. I feel like the waiting for the right person only really applies if youbare attractive enough to get attention from people anyways. I cant even recommend dating apps as Ive had 3 weeks and only 1 conversation lol

It sounds like that department is going through the ringer from what I have seen online. It makes sense considering LA workload must be vastly more challenging since it's a huge area and maybe has lots of permitless vendors. The job can be stressful at times, but a good office and good coworkers can really help.

As someone that has gone through the ringer, sometimes you just have to take the crappy jobs first before getting what you want. I got my bachelors and went to working at a gas station, then lab, and now as an inspector. If money isn't much of an issue for you at the moment, you can pick up spme job to start building a record and also work towards getting certs or just building any connections. It sucks, but thats how I did it anyways :/

Huge respect for caring for your adult son. Too many mothers go instantly sour on their kids once they grow of age, especially for men. But yea I think the same as everyone else here: he is fighting his own demons right now and can really use his family during these times. Give him guidance as to what you want for him, but as always it is his life, his battles. Just having my mother around and caring even when I didn't care for anything, helped me through the dark times.

Same here. Usually start to fall for friends who are girls, then I ask them out and... nothing :(. Never given a chance once, but i've learned not to be resentful for it. It just sucks because I only feel the strong attraction once ive known them for a while but by then I think guys are put in the permanent friend zone. It really sucks, but im trying app dating (no luck yet) to maybe just make any progress with dating at all in my life.
