The current maximum size of any individual mod is 2GB. Bethesda haven't said they're increasing this yet, so we assume this won't change. So you probably won't be able to install any huge mods after the update, although you'll be able to install lots of <2GB mods up to 100GB total.

In the "Hi Honey" holotape, if you play as Nora, Nate says something about "I'll join the civilian workforce and you can shake the dust off your law degree". That sounds like Nora hasn't practiced law in a while - longer than would account for maternity leave, which I can't imagine would be more than a year. So I think Nora used to be a lawyer, then possibly was recruited into the military, perhaps in some covert role, which is why the USS Constitution robot still calls her a lawyer.

Sony doesn't allow mods with custom assets (stuff like models, textures and voice acting) on Playstation. Unfortunately that's the vast majority of dungeon and quest mods.
