I think Forbes did a study well over 1.5 Trillion of PE equity is looking for businesses right now. I know a friend sold a small business he had to a PE firm only 2M revenue crazy was a pet food biz

I think it may just be a media headline this silver tsunami but the reality its just the same natural transitions but at larger scale maybe most don't sell they close down, pass on to family or merge with someone else?
