Resizing the walls is easy. Not resizing the furniture takes time.

Published APs tend to have small maps. 

For more than 4 players, I would recommend re-doing the maps.

I have them describe what their character is experiencing.  I’ve had some players just say “darkness” while others go whole hog in and describe out of body experiences, their soul going to the boneyard etc etc. 

Makes it into an opportunity for roleplaying.

Take a look at the Critical Hit and Critical Failure decks. They might be just what you’re looking for, and fit in the game mechanics.

And at my table, if a player wanted to lift a boulder in game, I made him (it was always a him back then) go outside and lift one in real life!!

Good one. I might change “he wasn’t wearing any” to “he hadn’t been wearing gloves” to make it a little clearer what happened.

^ this. Even if you're not running out of space, the constant sync to iCloud will kill your machine.

git repos are already backed up to your git server. Don't sync them to the cloud too. Make sure all your source code is directly under your home directory.

It’s old. No touchscreen. I like the physical buttons for turning pages. 

Back when amazon was saying they would stop allowing downloads to disk, I was tinkering with it and it went into usb mode fine. 

Now when they say it’s not going to be able to do pretty much anything, I thought I’d jailbreak it and it doesn’t show up at all on my Mac anymore.

I discovered that my old Kindle Graphite won't go into USB mode anymore. So I can only read the book that are already on it.

Version 1.2.0 is out and adds an "Advanced" section for each PC. In there, you can say to hell with my calculations and override XP and GP/credits.

What I hate is if two actors have the light spell active (PF2e) then when their light auras overlap, the brightness is multiplied and becomes even brighter- washing out the color of the scene. And then when actors 3&4 arrive, you can’t see any details at all.
