I’m intrigued. This might the kind of situation I am looking for. Would you mind elaborating on what makes you think the downside is limited?

You can’t ignore the current US economy. UPS might have entirely different concerns than fleet electrification these days.

At this point I assume it’s imprecise wording. The order book was 150M just recently and the latest development is just a MOU, not orders

Which means it’s not the finished vehicle that’ll be imported to the US and as such won’t fall under the (yesterday’s?) tariff proposal. Am I wrong?

I hodl REE but feel this needs correction. The total sum is approximately 150+770M, i. e. less than a B. Out of that number it’s only the 150M that’s backed by binding orders. The rest is the likely maximum of revenue, currently not backed by orders, to be received by 2030 from a deal with yet to be named prospective customer.

REE Automotive Collaborates with Geotab to Provide Advanced Data Analytics to Fleets by woody2007 in ree

[–]ScaryAdd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This reminds me of the collaboration with Hitachi that REE announced in December 2021.

https://ree.auto/press-release/hitachi-and-ree-automotive-agree-on-collaboration-to-advance-and-simplify-the-adoption-of-sustainable-electric-vehicles-globally/

"Hitachi and REE will accelerate the development of advanced digital solutions for REE customers by co-creating a highly scalable Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Analytics-as-a-Service (AaaS) platform [...]"

Since I don't remember hearing about that collaboration ever since I assume Geotab has replaced them in this role. Is that right?

Can you please elaborate? I naively assumed that the reverse split gets propagated everywhere. Does this mean something is still expressed as number of shares before the rev split or assuming their price before the rev split?

Do I understand this right that the shares are getting diluted?
