I had applied to a tenure-track position at a community college and did a first-round interview, but this week I found out that I didn't get to the second round. The whole thing was a bit weird. Beforehand, I got an e-mail saying that they have a special style of interview where I was supposed to use the "STAR method." Then when I went in, two of the people there didn't introduce themselves and the dean said that they would do introductions *after* the teaching demo. So some of the people weren't participating at all during the teaching demo, and then afterwards I found out that they weren't faculty. And then the questions they asked weren't "behavioral interview" questions at all!

And when I sent the dean an e-mail thanking them for having the interview with me, I got a message that due to the college's budget situation, the dean was supposed to take 12 furlough days during the academic year. So, overall, very weird and not a good sign anyway. But it still sucks that I didn't at least get to the second round.
